Useful Rogue Mods

Here are a couple of useful Rogue Mods or addons:

Trix: comes with pre-setup macros for targeting tricks of the trade on different tanks. It comes in handy especially when you hear tanks taunting off of each other in vent. You can actually help the taunting tank gain a little more threat.

Trickortreat: Whispers the tank that you've trixed them with "Trick or Treat" and at the end of the duration of trix tells them thier bonus damage gained from tricks of the trade.

Besides the other addons mentioned above Class Timers are a must for Hunger for Blood and Slice N Dice/Envenom refresh.

+1 for Trix, though I only use it in 5-man random groups.

Also, BIG +1 for Class Timer

I'll add a couple which I like a lot:

Power Auras Classic, which has a semi-decent preset for rogues on the wiki. I changed them to suit my own preferences, and it takes some time to configure, but worth it, imho.

Need to Know is useful to me for a quick glance at whether I need to use a one combo-point rupture to refresh Hunger for Blood or if the warrior/druid has already got a bleed on the target.

Don't forget to throw a single trick at your friendly local shadow priest early in a fight! Wink

It actually helps our dps quite a bit to get a single trick with a whisper, we can renew shadow word:pain and keep the bonus on it up the entire fight by renewing our spell with mind flay. The bonus damage never drops off.

Not so useful on encounters where we switch targets constantly like Saurfang and are likely to lose pain. But on a fight like Fester, it can be a noticable dps increase.

We really need to coordinate these types of things between more classes during raids, these small things can all add up across an entire raid and really increase dps overall.

I can't wait to get the 2 piece set bonus so trix actually gives me energy vs using energy to do trix.
