Greetings, Grim Covenant,

Some of you already know me, but allow me to introduce myself formally: Olinore Wargrave, newly appointed Public Relations Officer of the Keepers of Stromgarde RP-PVP guild. I am writing to you to reinforce relations between our guilds, especially regarding world PVP events.

In my new position, I am responsible for publicizing all Keepers events and inviting other guilds, writing up articles for the Stormwind Press (www.stormwindpress.com) about our events, following and participating in the relevant realm forum discussions, and acting as a contact point for the community. I also serve as a backup for the recruitment officer.

I am aware that PVP may not necessarily be your guild’s priority, but as some of your members have participated in world PVP events, I thought some of you may be interested.

I would like to invite you to a fun, upcoming world PVP event organized by the Blacktooth Grin, in collaboration with the Keepers of Stromgarde (Alliance side coordination). We would love to see you there!

Tuesday, December 29th, at 6pm
Each side is allowed one raid's worth of people maximum, but everyone's invited, regardless of guild, so bring your friends. (Please contact Olinore so that we may have an idea of how many people to expect from your guild. The Alliance raid will be coordinated by the Keepers.)
After we finish beating each other senseless, we will party at the Hot Springs!
Make sure you bring plenty of snowballs.

Please note: the server RP-PVP standards of respectful combat will be honored (no spitting/teabagging, or excessive camping, etc.). You do not need to RP yourselves, but please respect the others who do.

In order to help us coordinate world PVP events better, and to be sure to invite your members who are interested, could you please let me know if you have a PVP officer, or if certain members of your guild are particularly interested in RP-PVP or world PVP*? It would be my pleasure to invite all interested parties to future events.

Best times available for World PVP: Varies, usually weekends (weeknight evenings usually work too (not as late as weekends), especially Tuesdays. Friday is our rp tavern night, though, and many Keepers prioritize that)

Just a quick reminder that the battle will go on tonight, we will start gathering earlier (5:30 PM server) in order to form the 40-man group. Please note that as this is an event (coordinated with the Blacktooth Grin) which depends on both sides having a maximum of 40 players, once our raid group is full, we will unfortunately not be able to accept any more participants (please contact Stonemug/Gyoro, who will coordinate the Alliance raid, or myself (Olinore) for an invitation to the raid).

Another world pvp event with no limit on the number of players will be announced shortly after this one, though, so anyone unable to make it to this one will be more than welcome to participate next time!

Sorry it took me so long to get to this, but it is posted up in our calendar, so hopefully those of us who do want to attend will do so. Most of us will be in our raid at that point olinore, however, hopefully those who want to attend will be able to do so. Best of luck to you all! /salute
